We are in the gloomy season again. Yes, gloomy. I don’t like winter in Michigan, the snow is too much and the weather is just very cold. Every morning I wish that there is sunshine at least, even when it snows. The boys (including their dad) like to play in the snow…but me? neah…. I don’t like it. It gets me when it colds. I’d rather choose hot than cold.
There are lot of things to do, running errands and that requires driving. But since my accident last January, I have been very hesitant to drive in the snow. I ask Sam to change my Odyssey van tires with the snow tires, and we will do it soon. It also because we live by the woods and hilly road that make us to be super careful.
We sold the Honda Accord and bought a new Toyota 4Runner with (as always) 4 wheel drive. It is a safe one for the snow and when (hopefully) we go back to AZ, it will come handy for the off road driving… there are many deserts to explore with the 4 wheel drive car. And the boys surely will like it.
The snow is only good to see, not to experience it for 4 months…it is too much for me. For some people that like snow…good for them. I am happy that people like snow too.
Well, just vent out my feeling this Sunday morning…before I start my busy day with my boys and chores.
